The Rascal is soaking up sign language. Sometimes, if she doesn't know the sign for something she just makes one up. I'm not sure what she is tying to tell us here.
Apparently it was very funny.

She’s a busy, bright, funny kid who exhausts me with her endless questions. The Rascal is four years old. She’s a busy, bright, funny kid who exhausts me with her unquenchable curiosity. We have been dubbed “a family with a member who has special needs”. The Rascal is a child with trisomy 21/ Down Syndrome; of this, we are sure. Just who the family member with special needs is……well that’s a grey area. I guess the owner of that title changes with the day.
